Upmarket gourmet pies, yum. And good coffee.
You might blink at $8.50 for a pie, until you taste one. Thick juicy meats and flavoursome sauces in a perfect pastry. One of the best pies I have come across.
Incredible pies. Lamb is amazing, moo and brew also excellent. Will head back for a croque monsieur and a reuben, as they weren't available since the toaster goes off from 3pm. The server was lovely - gave my partner a free Portuguese tart for her birthday. Didn't take photos of the pies as they didn't last long enough.
Stopped in here for a takeaway coffee and snack on my journey to Sydney from Armidale. I was greeted by a friendly face and welcoming attitude. The coffee was excellent and the pastries delicious. I can thoroughly recommend the pork and fennel sausage roll and the rhubarb and custard tart. Yum! I will definitely be stopping here more often.
This is such a great little shop, pies are delicious and the yummy treats are all fabulous! And they do great coffee, whats not to like. Definitely worth a trip to Uralla or a stop if driving through.
