Best and most innovative butcher in New England. Top quality delicious meat, especially love Dale's own lamb.

If you haven't tried Dales Famous Beer Snags (Seen on Landline ABC) your totally missing out. The range is exceptional with fine local Uralla grain feed lamb, local cow & goat cheeses. He does his own jerky which is amazing. The salami and brisket are to die for. The rustic old school butcher shop front is inviting and the professional customer service is excellent. A must stop when travelling through the New England. Highly Recommended
